I am Regan Aspden, an esteemed educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Berkley Normal Middle School. Beyond my pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape, my dedication extends to my role as a devoted family man. Balancing professional commitment with a rich personal life, I am not only a seasoned educator but also a passionate guitarist in the hard rock band, Checaine. My involvement in the music scene reflects a commitment to our school's motto of "Take up the Challenge," illustrating that success lies in embracing diverse opportunities.
In addition to my musical pursuits and educational leadership, I take pride in being a proud husband and father of two. My commitment to family values underscores my holistic approach to education, emphasising the importance of building strong connections both within and beyond the school community.
As an avid surfer, I align my personal interests with my professional advocacy for outdoor education within the school. Recognising the value of experiential learning, I actively promote activities that foster a connection between students and the natural world.
Adding a unique touch to my leadership style, I also take on the role of a school bus driver, ensuring the safety and well-being of students beyond the classroom. This commitment exemplifies my dedication to the overall well-being of the school community.
